The Team of Providers of Peninsula Plastic Surgery

At the heart of Peninsula Plastic surgery are two board certified plastic surgeons, Vincent Perrotta and Christopher Pellegrino, and a certified, registered nurse practioner, Lina Barriocanal. Both Drs. Perrotta and Pellegrino are active members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Linda is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Pratitioners and The Association of Operating Room Nurses.

Dr. Perrotta

Twelve years ago, Dr. Perrotta came from Temple University, where he served as an attending surgeon. While in the university setting, he performed both basic science and clinical research which culminated in national publications. Dr. Perrotta considers himself an artist first, a surgeon second. He thoroughly enjoys conversing with his patients and takes great pride in providing them cutting-edge techniques. Dr. Perrotta's Resume.

Dr. Pellegrino

Dr. Pellegrino joined the practice in summer of 2003.  He is a graduate of the prestigious Johns Hopkins University. He is the local expert with injectibles, including Restylane and Botox. While Dr. Pellegrino enjoys all facets of plastic surgery, he focuses on body contouring and breast reconstruction following mastectomy. Dr. Pellegrino has extensive experience with ultrasonic liposuction, a more gentle form of fat removal.

Linda Barriocanal, CRNP

Linda earned her bachelors, nursing and masters degrees at Salisbury University. Linda has worked as a primary care provider in the Veterans Administration Health System. This, coupled with eighteen years of experience in surgical nursing, makes her uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive medical care to patients of Peninsula Plastic Surgery. In addition to directing clinical services for the practice, Linda sees patients herself.
